I couldn't find what I wanted -- which was a plant hanger with two hooks. So I made my own using a tall wrought iron hook and a shorter hook, placing them side by side.
I want to place another set on the other side of the landing. The petunia varieties that I chose are ones that will eventually trail over the sides. I think it'll be really cheery.
